Infused with a captivating blend of sound, art, and melodies, The Healed Project has emerged as an awe-inspiring movement, a narrative that speaks to the strength of survivors. Its mission is to uplift and empower the human spirit through music, fostering emotional well-being for all. This remarkable journey has not only transformed the lives of its dedicated cast and supporters but has also ignited a collective advocacy for healing and holistic wellness in mind, body, and soul.

In 2014, Founder and Producer Tyrese S. Thomas envisioned this transformative music platform, drawing upon his own personal challenges and life experiences that shaped his profound songwriting. The struggles and triumphs of others serve as a constant wellspring of inspiration, fueling Thomas’ lyrical penmanship. With The Healed Project, his vision is to spread the power of healing, love, bravery, and the indomitable spirit of the overcomer.

Drawing from a diverse range of influences, including soul, rock, classical, and alternative genres, The Healed Project creates music that resonates with hope. Thomas emphasizes the importance of crafting songs that endure through meaningful lyrics and stirring musical arrangements, seeking to strike an emotional chord with listeners around the world.

To date, The Healed Project has released an impressive repertoire of seven singles, one EP, and a full album. In 2019, they garnered attention with two appearances on The Q Show, broadcasted on Fox 29 in Philadelphia. The journey continued as they headlined at City Winery Philadelphia, delivered unforgettable performances at numerous events, and shared the stage with esteemed artists such as PJ Morton, The Origin Band, Common, Anthony Hamilton & The Hamiltones, John P. Kee, Jason Nelson, Red Hands, Doobie Powell, and Corey Henry & Friends.
